Order, Cancellations & Modifications

We regrettably do not offer returns or exchanges. If there is anything wrong with your order from our end, we will do everything we can to rectify it.

We are able to cancel or modify your order, on your request, providing it has not yet been processed. It will be amended and confirmed via email notification. 

In the event of high-volume orders, we can only process orders as they are received. We cannot guarantee combining shipping orders to a single address. All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance. In the rare event that the item you purchased is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as we can. We reserve the right to cancel any submitted order for any reason

We reserve the right to change the products listed on the website without prior notice and/or may limit from time to time the number of products that may be ordered during a single buying session. We may also modify or discontinue any products on the website. If we discontinue the item you have ordered, we will issue a full refund for any product purchased that has not yet shipped.

Order Status

You will receive an email with postal information once your order ships. Please allow 5-7 business days for any further update emails.

Lost Orders & Shipping

We are not liable for any loss or damage in transit.

Unfortunately, if an item is lost in the post we are unable to take responsibility, financial or otherwise.

We currently only ship to Bailiwick of Jersey, Bailiwick of Guernsey, the United Kingdom of Great Britain, and the Isle of Man. All orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. A shipping email will be sent to the email address provided once your order has been dispatched. We utilise Guernsey Post, 48h service.

Superseding policies

This policy compliments our general Terms of service. In the event where any element of this policy contradicts the Terms of service, the Terms of service will take precedent.

Changes

We may update this Order Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
